Amp Card Promotion Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 18th, 2025
This Terms of Service ("Terms") governs your use of the Amp Card Promotions ("Promotions") and the services provided by Amp Pay ("Amp Pay"). By accessing or using the Card and it's Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Card and it's Promotions.
1. Promotion Overview
Amp Pay ("we," "us," or "Amp Pay") is offering eligible cardholders cash back on all qualifying purchases made with an eligible Amp Pay Black Card from the promotion start date (November 18th, 2025 00:00:00 ET) through 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period"), up to $10,000 in qualifying spend per cardholder during the Promotion Period. Future promotion periods may be added at our sole discretion. Cash back rates are determined by referral status:
- 4% cash back: Cardholders who have referred at least one other person who also has an Amp Pay Black Card and their account is in good standing.
- 2% cash back: All other eligible cardholders.
Cash back is calculated on the final transaction amount after discounts, returns, and credits.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a Amp Pay Black Card cardholder in good standing with an active, eligible card.
- The card must be linked to a valid Amp Pay account.
- Age Requirement: To receive a card and earn cash back, you must be 18 years of age or older.
- Personal use only. This promotion is not available to businesses, organizations, or other entities and any purchases made for business, organization, or other entity use may not qualify for the promotion.
- Referral Requirement for 4% Rate: To qualify for the 4% cash back rate, you must have referred at least one other person who has successfully obtained and activated an Amp Pay Black Card. Referrals must be completed through Amp Pay's official referral program. We reserve the right to verify referral status and determine eligibility for the 4% rate in our sole discretion.
3. Qualifying Purchases
Cash back applies to all posted purchases except the following excluded categories:

| Casinos & gambling | Casino gaming chips, lottery tickets, off-track betting, sports wagering, online gambling |
| Government services | Taxes, fines, penalties, court costs, traffic tickets |
| Quasi-cash transactions | Person-to-person money transfers, cryptocurrency purchases |
| Other restricted purchases | Any transaction we determine, in our sole discretion, to be cash-like, high-risk, or otherwise ineligible |
We reserve the right to update excluded categories with notice posted on getamppay.com.
4. Cash Back Calculation & Posting
- Rate: Cash back is calculated based on your referral status:
- 4% of the posted purchase amount for cardholders who have referred at least one other person with an Amp Pay Black Card, up to $10,000 in qualifying spend per cardholder during the Promotion Period.
- 2% of the posted purchase amount for all other eligible cardholders, up to $10,000 in qualifying spend per cardholder during the Promotion Period.
- Rate Determination: Your cash back rate is determined at the time of purchase posting based on your referral status at that time. If your referral status changes during the Promotion Period, the applicable rate will apply to purchases posted after the status change is verified.
- Payout Methods: Cash back may be sent directly to your account or made available in the app as a claimable reward, at our discretion.
- Minimum Threshold: Cash back will be paid out or made available for claim only after $25 or more has been earned. If the $25 threshold has not been met by the end of the Promotion Period, any earned cash back amount may roll over to a subsequent promotion period until such threshold is met.
- Discretionary Payout: We may, at our sole discretion, choose to either pay out cash back directly to your card account or Amp Pay wallet or make accrued cash back available via a claim in the app. In some cases where the $25 threshold has not been met the cash back will be sent or made available as a claim in a later promotion period once enough cash back has been earned.
- Timing: Cash back posts to your Card account or is made claimable typically within 30 business days after the promotion period ends (December 31st, 2025 11:59 p.m. ET), subject to the minimum threshold requirements described above but may take up to 60 business days.
- Returns & Disputes: If you return or dispute a purchase, the corresponding cash back will be deducted. Chargebacks may result in reversal of cash back and potential account review.
5. Maximum Cash Back
The promotional cash back rates (4% or 2%, as applicable) apply only to the first $10,000 in qualifying spend per cardholder during the Promotion Period. Purchases exceeding this limit will not earn cash back at the promotional rate.
6. Termination & Changes
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without liability.
- Continued card use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Fraud, abuse, or gaming of the program (e.g., manufactured spending, reselling) will result in forfeiture of cash back and possible account closure.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMP PAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS PROMOTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE CASH BACK EARNED.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
